Our commercial construction services include pre-construction, value engineering, and permits processing.

CCF Maui Construction specializes in Steel Buildings and warehouses repair or refurbish, together with interior tenant improvements for office space, restaurants and retail stores.

We work with commercial plumbers, electricians, and HVAC experienced contractors, together with licensed architects and engineers for the commercial space design and infrastructure calculations.

On the Industrial side, we’ve completed a $300K warehouse refurbishing for Safety System and Signs Hawaii (former FKS rentals) replacing the deteriorated metal structure (Z channels), treating all rusted areas with Corroseal, replacing the damaged siding as needed, and painting the entire warehouse in and out. For the interior, we gave the 3,000 SF office space a face lift remodeling the 2 bathrooms making them ADA compliant.

We also specialize in restaurant remodeling, hotel remodeling, commercial offices remodeling, retail stores remodeling, and commercial kitchens construction.

    CCF Maui Construction is great to work with! I recently had a water leak in my guest bathroom, causing damage to the existing vanity. Fernando and his team custom designed, built, and installed a new vanity. They went above and beyond; replaced trim, painted, and even installed a new mirror. They listened to my wants and needs before designing, during the project, and before completing. I would highly recommend them for any project, big or small!

  • Fernando and his team created custom cabinets for a recent renovation project that my husband and I completed. From the very beginning, they were professional and responsive, and created exactly what we were looking for.     CCF Maui Construction completed many important projects including, repairs, new construction and cabinetry. We were very pleased with the attention to detail. They have warrantied their work two years later. CCF Maui Construction also helped us significantly while we were off-island with nagging issues that weren't related to their work.
